Do you have catalogs?

 

No, we do not publish catalogs, due to the cost of printing and shipping. For certain products, we have PDF file you can download.

 

 

 

When can I place orders?

 

Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Phone orders can be placed during our regular business hours. Mon- Fri 9am-5pm (CST) and Sat 9am-12pm (CST).

 

 

 

When do we receive confirmation of our order?

 

You will promptly be notified by us that your order has been received. Notification will go out regarding any products that are out of stock, comparable product choices are offered. You will be notified by email or by customer service with the estimated shipping date.

 

I can’t find a product I am looking for?

 

We have thousands of products through our vendors that can be ordered, and may not be seen on our website. Contact our customer service reps who will assist you in finding the product you are looking for.

 

 

 

I am having a problem at checkout completing my order. An error message is coming up, what do I do?    

 

The most common problem we come across occurs is when the shipping and billing address does not match. For verification purposes all credit purchases through our website must use the same shipping and billing address. Call our customer service reps, they will be happy to assist you with your order or any other problem you may have.

 

 

 

What form of payments do you take?

 

For your convenience and safety, we use Authorized Net and PayPal for all credit card purchases. We accept Discover, Master Card, and Visa. Certified checks and money orders are accepted; however your order will be delayed until the funds have cleared. Customer service will help you with placing your order.

 

 

 

Can I pick up my order?

 

No, we are an on-line business only and do not have a store front. The manufacturers do not allow direct pick up, they will ship the products directly to you from the warehouses.

 

 

 

Do you accept Medicare or other forms of insurance?

 

We are not able to file insurance claims for you. Upon your request, we will send you an invoice of your order for you to submit to your insurance company or Medicare.

 

 

 

Do you sell used medical equipment?

 

Because of the nature of our products, we sell only new equipment. If you have used equipment you want to sell, we suggest advertising in a newspaper or online. You may consider donating to a charity, if you can benefit from a tax deduction.
